Regal Corporate Services Pte Ltd is founded and directed by, Chartered Accountant, Mr. Tan Kok Thian. Together with a committed team, he has accounted more than 20 years of experience with many clients engaging team for more than 14 years.

Background of Director
Mr Tan Kok Thian has incorporated Regal Corporate Services Pte Ltd (RCS) on 1 June 2007. Mr Tan oversees the accounting and financial matter of various companies. Prior to his incorporation, he has acted as financial manager and business controller. He is exposed to different areas such as internal audit, compliance on rules and regulations and troubleshooting on software as well.
Mr Tan obtained his Master in Professional Accountancy (MPA) in 1998 from Victoria University. He holds the status of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. He is also a member of Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP), The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Chartered Accountant (CA) in Singapore, ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA), a member of Singapore Institute of Directors (MSID) and a member of National Institute of Accountant (NIA).
He is specialised on Income Tax and Goods and Services Tax (GST) matters. He has helped his clients to minimize the penalties regarding tax matters. RCS is also a firm being recognized by the ACCA as an appointed employer under trainee development (Gold Status), the firm also assists to detect fraud matters for clients. He was awarded the Certificate of Achievement from the Center for Studies in Investigation (CSI). Moreover, he is also involved in IPO before the company become listed. On top of that, he also enhances his team members by providing them with ACCA examinations.
