We offer advice on how to set up our clients’ companies and we are able to help them with company’s registration procedures such as preparing and executing the incorporation documents and lodging the relevant documents with the ACRA as we have obtained the license of the Registered Filing Agent (RFA).

We also help to maintain statutory registers and records, prepare resolutions and file statutory returns in compliance with the Companies Act.
